Latest update: we are delighted to share that we officially have a new son!

2 year old Robert joined our family at the end of July and officially became our son on 04 September 2023!

Robert was born to a mother who was not capable of bringing him up so he was left alone in the hospital for the first month of his life. When he was just 2 days old he had to have emergency heart surgery. Before joining our family, he was cared for by two foster families.

So far he is settling in very well!

A heart for adoption...

As you can probably imagine, the Bible verse that’s been standing out to us recently is:

“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”
– James 1:27

We know that that many people have adoption on their hearts, but not everyone is able to take a child into their home. If you are one of those people, we’re inviting you to be part of our adoption story so that together we can make a difference.

The Steele family have been full-time christian missionaries in Hungary since 2016.

In order to focus on the calling God gave them, they took a step of faith and started living only on gifts from friends, family and supporters.

After taking the message of the gospel to many countries in Europe, they founded a brand new mission organisation called “Truth Planters” in 2021.
